Harvey is an experienced Director in the experiential leisure industry and currently serves as the CEO of a major leisure provider overseas. The company has 20 sites in the UK and 5 sites across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Under Harvey's leadership, the company has achieved significant growth and success in the leisure industry.

Lee is an experienced Director in the leisure industry and one of the original founding members of jumpINC 'urban playgrounds' operated by Futures Leisure Ltd. Over the years, he has witnessed the evolution of his business and the industry from simple trampoline parks to multi-activity centres. Despite the growth, Lee still enjoys being in the parks with the staff, going back to his 'roots, ' and assisting with new projects or initiatives.

Louis is the Head of Operations for LeisureSpace Limited, where he oversees the operations of 9 sites across the North of England. He has expanded the business into different family Leisure sectors, including trampoline parks, soft play centres, climbing centres, adventure golf and inflatable parks. Louis also serves as the Chair of the Risk Committee for the Mutual.

Liam has extensive experience in managing extreme sports and high-risk activities, having worked in leisure and hospitality throughout his career. He has overseen the development of compliance, risk, and facilities strategies and leads these to ensure safe and legal trade across both corporate and franchise businesses. Liam's expertise in this field has been instrumental in ensuring that the company's operations are conducted in a safe and responsible manner.

A diligent, passionate and personable senior finance professional with strong influencing skills who is confident at communicating at all levels, including PLC board members. Top tier trained with 10 years’ post qualification experience in the retail/leisure sector gained within SME’s. Strategically and technically strong with extensive experience in commercial activity and all aspects of financial and business control.  

An FCII-qualified Chartered Insurer, Martin has spent his 43-year career in the non-life and pensions insurance market, predominantly as an underwriter. Still, he has also served on the broking side. He started as a Lloyds broker in 1978, has held senior positions in Willis, AFIA & CIGNA AIG (Major Risks) & CNA Insurance Co (Europe) Ltd and served as the Head of Underwriting, Mutual Manager and Managing Director (Broking) for a Mutual Management Company.

Aaron Greaves is a Chartered Company Secretary (FCG) with a Masters in Corporate Governance (MScCG) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). He has over 17 years of experience in Regulation, Compliance Supervision and Mentoring. Aaron is responsible for handling all regulatory and secretarial matters for Tower Insurance Brokers. He also provides specialist advice to the Mutual’s Board and its representatives.

As CEO of Tower, Tim is responsible for managing the company's operations and overall vision. His role is to ensure the vision is delivered ethically, with all stakeholders (internal and external) being treated professionally and with care.

Christopher Cole is an experienced commercial broker who has been insuring Trampoline Parks, Inflatables Parks & Family Entertainment Centres since 2015. He is a specialist in the insurance leisure market and has been developing and maintaining relationships with key insurers to ensure long term insurance solutions for the sector. Chris Cole has an ethos of putting customers first, stepping into their shoes and ensuring insurance cover is as affordable and comprehensive as possible.

Emma Kettlewell is an experienced commercial broker who has been covering all aspects of insurance, including Trampoline Parks, Inflatables Parks & Family Entertainment Centres for over 15 years. She is a specialist in the leisure industry and strives to ensure sustainability whilst offering comprehensive and affordable insurance.

An experienced claims manager with tenure in handling both insurance and mutual organisation claims across all classes of general insurance. Working towards her CII Diploma in Insurance, Emily serves as the in-house specialist for all Liability related claims that may arise across Tower’s business network.

Stuart is a Chartered Loss Adjuster with over 20 years of claims handling experience. With a background in Building Surveying, he specialises in Property MD/BI losses and Risk Management.
