# FEC Mutual Claims Management

We understand that receiving a claim against your business is something you take great measures to avoid, but when the unexpected happens, you deserve a fair and prompt claims service from your coverage provider. Our claims service is provided by our Managers, Tower Insurance Brokers, whose service and expertise in the sector is second to none. The Mutual, via our Managers' dedicated claims team, promotes a culture of clear and open communication, continually learning and building upon solid foundations of knowledge and supporting our aim of a lasting solution for the protection of our sector.
